Meet the Design Team
Andrea Caldwell, EDAC | Design Director
As Design Director, Andrea leads the design team with a focus on elevating art consulting capabilities, optimizing the design process, and ensuring a seamless client experience from concept to installation. Before taking on this role, she served as both an Art Consultant and Senior Art Consultant, where she developed client artwork standards that streamlined the ordering process and ensured consistent outcomes. She leverages her extensive industry experience and creativity across all projects, fostering a collaborative environment that empowers her team to deliver exceptional results. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art and a certificate in art therapy from Webster University. Additionally, she is certified in Evidence-Based Design through the Center for Health Design.
Connie Wetmore | Senior Art Consultant
Connie Wetmore has contributed to the design and management of high-end art programs in hospitality, healthcare, and corporate spaces since 2001. She specializes in conceptualizing unique, client-driven designs and installations, communicating much of the client’s vision through one-of-a-kind fabricated pieces. Clients depend on her knowledge of specific art placement and her exceptional eye for color, proven through her perfect score of ‘0’ (zero) on ‘The Farnsworth-Munsell 100 hue test’. Connie devotes much of her time working with senior living communities and healthcare clients, including Belmont Village, Flagler Healthcare, Nobis Rehabilitation Partners, and HCA Physicians Group. Connie earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in abstract painting from West Virginia University and still works as a mixed media studio artist in her free time.
Kelly Underwood, EDAC | Senior Art Consultant
Kelly is a highly skilled art consultant for healthcare and senior living environments with an excellent eye for creating art packages based on impact, touchpoints, color, and client vision. She has led and designed several senior living community projects, including Sunrise Senior Living, Anthology Senior Living, and Discovery Senior Living. She also supports large healthcare providers, such as Monument Health and CHRISTUS Health, by performing site surveys, developing art presentations, and overseeing installations. Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art with an emphasis in graphic design from Southern Illinois University and her Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. She is certified in Evidence-Based Design through the Center for Health Design.
Carly Kurka | Senior Art Consultant
In addition to her full-time role as a senior art consultant at ARCH Design, Carly works as a contemporary artist and colorist specializing in painting and printmaking. Carly’s work has been featured in group exhibitions and solo shows across North America and is included in private and corporate collections around the globe. Carly earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting, Drawing, and Printmaking and a minor in Art History and Archaeology from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Before joining ARCH Design, Carly worked at a collaborative printmaking studio and gallery, working one-on-one with nationally recognized artists to create multiple series of artwork. Carly’s work at ARCH includes numerous key clients in senior living, healthcare, and multifamily industries.
Leslie Song, EDAC | Senior Art Consultant
Leslie is a contemporary artist with a background in fine art and graphic design. She continues to work as a studio artist, using her sensitivities for color, texture, and composition to create unique art programs, custom wall graphics, and tactile panels for her clients. Leslie’s strengths lay in translating client visions into conceptual and meaningful designs. Her key clients have recently expanded to support higher education in addition to healthcare, corporate, and senior living communities. Before joining ARCH Design, she worked as an Assistant Art Manager at a non-profit art studio and supported local artists with developmental disabilities. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting and Fiber Arts from Truman State University and a Master of Science in Textile Design from Thomas Jefferson University. Additionally, she is certified in Evidence-Based Design through the Center for Health Design.
Kim Scott, EDAC | Art Consultant
Kim contributes to the design team as an art consultant and project manager for healthcare and senior living clients. Kim enjoys the research involved in each new ARCH project and loves diving into the local culture for projects to curate familiar and recognizable art for each location. Before joining ARCH Design, she taught elementary art and interned at the National Museum of Wildlife Art in Jackson, Wyoming. She is an abstract watercolor artist, creating pieces that mimic the appearance of stained glass. Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts in art education from Southeast Missouri State University and a Master of Arts in art history from Lindenwood University. Additionally, she is certified in Evidence-Based Design through the Center for Health Design.
Leslie Godwin | Project Manager
Leveraging her creativity and attention to detail, Leslie works closely with the design team at ARCH as a project manager. She coordinates with the design, pricing, and service teams to respond to client requests while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Her customer service background and her time working in healthcare environments have given her an immense understanding of the importance of clear vendor-client communication. Leslie is passionate about promoting local artists and values the opportunity to support our clients and their unique needs. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
Danielle Lee | Pricing & Project Coordinator
Danielle supports the design team by leveraging over a decade of experience in healthcare and office management. With a background in theology and a passion for art and design, she brings a unique perspective to her work. Her distinct blend of analytical skills and creative insight enables her to provide client-focused solutions and precise pricing quotations. Danielle is devoted to exceeding client expectations and meeting project deadlines to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Abby Deckard | Signage & Quotation Manager
Abby leads the signage and pricing teams by applying her project management expertise to generate comprehensive pricing quotations. She meticulously oversees environmental signage and interior graphics projects from client intake to production, always prioritizing budgets, deadlines, and accuracy. Her problem-solving skills and analytical abilities drive client recommendations and solutions, and she excels in streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and project outcomes. Abby earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri–St. Louis.
Ron Macke | Senior Environmental Graphic Designer
Ron is a signage and wayfinding specialist and environmental graphic designer with over 20 years of experience in project management and design. He specializes in developing custom signage and visual solutions to create functional, navigable, and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. Since joining ARCH Design in 2020, Ron has led the design of 15 large-scale and more than 100 small-to-medium-scale custom interior signage and graphics projects across the United States and Canada. He is passionate about creating solutions that communicate memorable brand experiences and optimize the built environment. Ron earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design with an emphasis in architecture from Kansas State University.
Megan Cox | Environmental Graphic Designer
As a part of the design team, Megan develops signage and wayfinding concepts to reflect the unique character of each built environment. Megan has a deep understanding of how people interact with their surroundings, allowing her to design clear wayfinding systems to support optimal navigation of a space. Her attention to detail and time management skills ensure that each signage package is designed to meet the facility’s needs while adhering to the project timeline. In addition, Megan supports the design team in creating custom wall and window graphics. Megan earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from The University of Central Missouri.
