The seaside senior living community provides residents with a cohesive and calming environment featuring abstract prints, local photography, and sculptural art, full of bright colors that mirror the sun-kissed palette of the Florida horizon. The building is situated along the Gulf Coast and is the perfect setting for residents to relax with friends and enjoy the endless summer weather.

The corridors and common spaces showcase oversized canvas prints and framed photography echoing the scenic views of Florida wetlands, beaches, lighthouses, harbors, and more. The crisp, regional photography complements the colorful representations of tropical plants and birds, including peacocks, flamingos, and pelicans, bringing the wonder of the outdoors in.

Circular shapes and patterns reappear throughout the community. Feature walls with hand-blown glass displays and decorative mirrors adorn the dining room and living room, creating cozy spaces for residents to socialize. The smooth edges and cool colors might remind viewers of clusters of seashells or tide pools along the coast.
